Kapuso actress Glaiza de Castro bagged the Best Actress Award for her role as Pirena in Encantadia at the Gawad Pilipino Media People’s Choice Award. John Arcilla also won Best Actor Award for the same show. The awarding was held last night at the Quezon City Theater.

Glaiza also received the award in behalf of the GMA Telebabad program which bagged the Best Fantaserye of the Year.

Glaiza thanked the award-giving body for the acclamations.

Meanwhile, John also took to social media to show his gratitude for the recognition.
