Kapuso actress Glaiza de Castro has added another trophy to her collection after winning “Best Actress” at the NDM+ Acting Awards 2026!
Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre star Glaiza de Castro took home the “Best Actress” award at the recently concluded NDM+ Acting Awards 2026 held last February 17, 2026.
According to NDM Studios, the organization behind the awards, the ceremony serves as a reminder of the “power of performance,” recognizing the excellence of artists who have shown immense discipline and dedication to their craft.
“The NDM+ Acting Awards 2026 stands as a tribute to the power of performance—honoring artists whose talent, discipline, and unwavering dedication elevate storytelling to its highest form,” they wrote.
Glaiza attended the event, titled the Not For Everyone Gala Awards Night, which took place in Quezon City.

The Kapuso actress was recognized for her powerful performance as “Paola” in the musical drama film Sinagtala.
The film follows the Sinagtala Band, a group of five members who went their separate ways and faced their own personal struggles, only to be reunited by a member who gave them a new reason to hope and the strength to carry on.
Under the direction of Mike E. Sandejas, the film features an ensemble cast of Kapuso stars including Rhian Ramos, Rayver Cruz, and Matt Lozano, alongside actress Arci Muñoz.
This award follows Glaiza's recent international success after she attended the screenings of her film 58th at the 2026 International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) in the Netherlands.
She was joined by GMA Senior Vice President for Public Affairs Nessa Valdellon and the film's director, Carl Joseph Papa.
