Glaiza De Castro

Kapuso actress Glaiza De Castro offered words of comfort to those spending Christmas while mourning the loss of a loved one, reminding them they are not alone during the holidays.

Glaiza De Castro shared an important reminder to those who are celebrating Christmas today, who might be missing someone, especially a loved one they've lost.

The Sang'gre actress, whose father Alfred Galura died in July, took to her Instagram Story to remind others that it is okay to feel sad and let their emotions flow.

“To anyone who's lost a loved one this year, I pray for peace and comfort,” the Sparkle star posted.

She then continued, “It's hard to celebrate, realizing that they're no longer with us and that we are only left with the memories we shared during this special season.”

“But it's okay to be sad. It's okay to miss them. Ilabas niyo lang lahat ng emosyon. Nakiki-celebrate pa rin naman sila sa atin, medyo nasa malayo nga lang. Stay strong. Kaya natin 'to.”
