Glaiza De Castro also thanks international fans for the warm support to 'Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre'.

It's not just Filipinos who are hooked on Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre, international viewers, too!

That includes Glaiza De Castro's very own husband, David Rainey, who has proudly joined the fandom of the hit GMA superserye.

In a report by Nelson Canlas for 24 Oras, the Kapuso actress shared her joy and pride in being part of the much-anticipated show. For Glaiza, it's more than just a prime fantasy series. It's a cultural milestone and a significant part of Philippine television history.

With that said, the Sang'gre star also felt glad to see other foreigners who love the superserye just like her husband.

"Naging parte siya ng Pinoy culture kaya nakakatuwa," she said. "Even with David, sinasabi ko rin 'yung kwento kasi fascinated din siya. Nanonood na siya ng Encantadia. Kilala na niya si Pirena, sila Mitena. Affected siya ganoon."

Glaiza also expressed her gratitude to the Kapuso network for making the series more accessible to international audiences.

"Thank you GMA for making subtitles para sa international fans," she added.

Besides being part of the series, Glaiza recently embraced her character Pirena with an original song piece. She even collaborated with Ms. Bayang Barrios to create a rendition of Encantadia's theme song, “Tadhana.” As of writing, the cover earned more than 3 million views on social media pages with fans praising Glaiza for another pinoy pride moment.

Don't miss GMA superserye Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre, 8 p.m. on GMA Prime and 9:40 p.m. on GTV. Viewers can also watch it live via Kapuso Stream on GMA Network's official Facebook and YouTube channels.
