"Maraming Maraming Salamat sa Lahat," Gloc-9 wrote as he remembers the late King of Philippine Rap Francis M. on his birthday.

It's been more than a decade since Francis Magalona passed away, but his loyal protégé, Gloc-9, never fails to remember him on his birthday.

On his Instagram account, the Gloc-9 posted a photo of the late King of Philippine Rap to commemorate his supposed birthday.

He wrote on the caption, "Ganyan lagi ang bati na ngiti mo Sir 🙂 'Ako ay isang taga hanga mo..' Happy Birthday Sir kiks! Maraming Maraming Salamat sa Lahat."

Gloc-9 collaborated with Francis M. in hit songs such as "Lando" and "Liwanag."

Their most popular collaboration before Francis M died was "Bagsakan," with the Pinoy rock band Parokya ni Edgar.

Francis M. died on March 6, 2009, seven months after being diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia.
