Muro Ami

Catch the award-winning film 'Muro-Ami' starring Cesar Montano at the 2020 Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino from November 20 to December 13.

For the 2020 Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (PPP), the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) added some award-winning Filipino films from the past decades.

This year's PPP will be held virtually and the FDCP announced four virtual cinemas named after the four Cinematheque centres: Manila, Iloilo, Davao, and Nabunturan.

Unlike most streaming platforms where people choose which film they want to watch, the FDCP channel gives viewers access to four virtual cinemas with scheduled livestream screenings of different films.

One of the films that Filipino cinephiles can watch through the exclusive FDCPChannel.ph is one of Marilou Diaz-Abaya's masterpieces, the 1999 film Muro-Ami starring Cesar Montano and Pen Medina.
