Free Basic TV Drama Writing Workshop

Then, this is your chance to be part of the premiere entertainment leg of GMA Network that creates high-quality TV entertainment programs in the country.

GMA Entertainment Group is set to conduct a Free Basic TV Drama Scriptwriting Workshop that is open to all aspiring screenwriters who would like to try their hand at the highly dynamic work of TV drama writing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Workshop is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 to 35 years old

· At least high school graduate

· Male or Female

· May or may not be currently employed. If employed, it should not be by any entity or company which is in the same or substantially similar business as GMA

· With or without professional experience in TV writing

· With a flexible schedule

· Willing to go through interviews and diagnostic tests

· Has a strong command of both Filipino and English language

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Complete the registration form on www.GMAnetwork.com/dramawriting.

2. Submit your 2" x 2" photo (JPG, not more than 100KB).

3. Create your own dramatic scene of at least 2 characters, written in script format of not more than two pages. The choice of situation, mood, tone, or theme is yours.

4. Registration is from June 16, 2019 to July 16, 2019.

Chosen participants will be contacted by a GMA representative through the declared contact number.

All participants must agree to sign a Participation Agreement, full details of which will be disclosed once qualified.

Registering your full name and contact details is required to become eligible to join the workshop.

Any personal information you provide us such as your name, address, email address and telephone number will be stored in a database for future use, but will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of GMA Network.

The Network reserves the right to edit, publish, print, distribute, telecast, and, otherwise, utilize any material submitted by the participant to the workshop.

Those who pass the workshop will have the privilege to be absorbed by GMA Network, Inc.'s Entertainment Group.
