Media giant GMA Network Inc. was honored by the Metrobank Foundation Partner in Empowerment, Advocacy and Commitment to Excellence (PEACE) on Thursday, February 21 at the Le Pavilion, Macapagal Avenue, Pasay City. This is part of the company's 40th anniversary celebration, with the theme 'Puso at Sigasig.' The Kapuso network is one of the institutions that have co-implemented and supported Metrobank's major programs.

Meanwhile, GMA News TV's Reel Time will receive the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA)'s Ani ng Dangal recognition. This is for the program's Gold World Medal award in the 2018 New York Festival Awards TV & Film for 'Hawla: The Untold Story of the Village Monster.' The recognition will be presented on February 27, 2019 at the Ballroom of the Diamond Hotel, Ermita, Manila.
