GMA Network, Inc. recently held its annual stockholders' meeting.
It took place on Friday morning, July 17, 2026, and was hosted by GMA News journalist Pia Arcangel.
During the online event, it was announced that the Network sustains its leadership as the Philippines' leading media company, delivering stronger performance than its competitors across broadcast and digital media platforms.
GMA recorded higher revenues and earnings in 2025, the same year that network celebrated its 75th anniversary in the industry.
In that year, the Kapuso Network posted a three percent increase in consolidated revenues, while operating expenses rose by a contained five percent, resulting in a 6.39 percent increase in consolidated net income to 2.197 billion pesos.
President and CEO Gilberto R. Duavit said, “The year 2025 was a milestone year as the Network marked its 75th anniversary, celebrating decades of service to millions of Filipinos across generations while braving challenges and change.”
GMA stayed on top of the TV ratings in both Nielsen's NUTAM [National Urban Television Audience Measurement] and PHINTAM [Philippine National Television Audience Measurement]. Out of the Top 30 most-watched TV shows, 27 were from GMA, and leading the list is Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho.
Aside from its strong performance in TV and radio, GMA also continued to grow its presence in digital media, mentioning GMANetwork.com and GMA News Online.
It was also highlighted in the meeting that the Network also strengthened its film production through GMA Pictures.
Meanwhile, the meeting concluded with Duavit's statement emphasizing that GMA will continue to focus on innovation and sustainable growth.
