This awarding ceremony aims to recognize the most effective and most influential media personalities and communicators which also serves as best role models to the whole Lasallian community.

A university-wide online voting was conducted from October 18 to November 7 among all DLSAU admin staff, faculty members and students from Grade 9 to Graduate School to determine the winners per category.

Kapuso network's flagship primetime newscast 24 Oras bagged the Most Outstanding TV News Show while Imbestigador won the Most Outstanding Public Affairs Show.

Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho took home the Most Outstanding Documentary and Magazine Show while the Most Outstanding Female News Anchor was given to GMA News pillar Jessica Soho.

GMA News pillar Mike Enriquez was given two awards, Most Outstanding Male News Anchor and Most Outstanding Radio Broadcaster.

Kapuso news anchors Kara David and Atom Araullo were recognized as Most Outstanding Female Documentarist and Most Outstanding Male Documentarist.

Kapuso sweetheart Heart Evangelista was awarded Most Influential Instagram Feed.

A special award was also given to Dabarkads Maine Mendoza and Kapuso news anchor Mike Enriquez - the Gawad Lasallianeta Zeal for Lasallian Excellence as Media Communicators.

The awarding ceremony will be held on January 28, 2019 at the Institutional Activity Center of De La Salle Araneta University.
