GMA News senior correspondent Victoria Tulad had to endure 16 hours of labor before giving birth to Baby Dani.
Kapuso news reporter Victoria Tulad and her husband Hermund Rosales received the most wonderful blessing on Wednesday, January 27, after the former announced that she has given birth to Emma Danielle or Baby Dani.
On her Instagram post, Victoria began her post by saying, “Our little Dani is finally here! Nanay at tatay na kami.”
Mommy Victoria also shared that she had to endure 16 hours of labor, which was an exhausting experience for her.
“These past few days have been so hard with the excruciating wait and pain of being in labor for 16 hrs, not to mention the out of this world exhaustion of delivery. My body aches in so many places and fatigue has never been more real having very little to no sleep at all.
“None of these compare, though, to that moment when I heard Dani's first cry. Nothing is more important than the fact that we get to hold her now, melt at all her expressions, and be filled with unexplainable love.”
She added, “It's hard to believe we are in a whole new phase in our lives and I am overwhelmed, but I am also beyond grateful. I pray that we do a good job and hope to enjoy everything, even the nastiest nappie change.”
Several of her colleagues congratulated her via Instagram including Unang Hirit host Mariz Umali, Raffy Tima, and GMA showbiz reporter Nelson Canlas.
Married life
Victoria got engaged with her long-time boyfriend Hermund Rosales in March 2018 and a year later tied the knot at the Chapel on the Hill in Batangas, which was officiated by Archibishop Soc Villegas.
Looking back after her wedding, Victoria made a promise to her hubby Hermund.
She said, “I don't know what I did to deserve you, but I promise to do my best to be good enough. I love you, @hermundrosales! Mga kapitbahaaay! Mag-asawa na kamiiii
Meanwhile, the wedding reception was held at Villa Sommet in Tagaytay. Some of the news personalities spotted during the wedding were multi-awarded documentarist Howie Severino, Kapamilya reporter Chiara Zambrano, and Jam Sisante.
On July 2020, the broadcast journalist confirmed to the public that she is pregnant.
