This 2026, GMA Regional TV continues to go around the country to bring the heart of the Kapuso Network closer to the Filipino people.

GMA Network ushered in 2026 on a festive high as GMA Regional TV brought the country's brightest Kapuso stars to various regions nationwide - celebrating local culture, music, and tradition through some of the Philippines' most vibrant festivals throughout January.

Lively fiestas across Luzon

The high-energy festivities opened last January 3 at the Mataas na Kahoy Town Fiesta in Batangas. Kapuso stars Hannah Precillas, EA Guzman, Arra San Agustin, Prince Carlos, Bryce Eusebio, Jeniffer Maravilla, and Lee Victor fired up the crowd with electrifying performances that had Batangueños cheering from start to finish, with Pepita Curtis hosting the Kapuso Fiesta.

Batangueño excitement continued on January 11 at Robinsons Place Lipa, where “Born to Shine” cast members Zephanie, Olive May, Gaea Mischa, and Miggs Cuaderno joined “Apoy sa Dugo” stars Thea Tolentino and Patricia Coma for a jam-packed Kapuso Mall Show hosted by Kaloy Tingcungco.

In Laguna, the Coco Festival took over San Pablo City Plaza last January 15, drawing cheers as Kristoffer Martin joined “Apoy sa Dugo” stars Derrick Monasterio, Elle Villanueva, and Ashley Ortega for a lively celebration filled with music and fan excitement via the Kapuso Spotlight.

Meanwhile, Pangasinan experienced back-to-back Kapuso festivities. The Kapuso Fiesta for Talong Festival last January 16 at Villasis featured Andrea Torres, Jeric Gonzales, Arra San Agustin, John Rex, Jessica Villarubin, Elle Villanueva, Ronnie Liang, and Kapuso host Pepita Curtis.

The Kapuso Spotlight, highlighting the Malasiqui Fiesta Youth Night, followed on January 24, headlined by Boobay and Tekla, with “Bubble Gang” stars Aldy Alday and Erika Davis. Capping off the celebrations was the Malasiqui Town Fiesta last January 25 with Chloe Redondo, Bryce Eusebio, Anthony Rosaldo, Vince Maristela, “Apoy sa Dugo” cast members Derrick Monasterio, Ashley Ortega, Elle Villanueva, Fonzi, Toniyuh, and Kapuso host Pepita Curtis bannering the fun-filled Kapuso Fiesta.

Back-to-back Sinulog and Dinagyang Festivals

Cebu City turned into a sea of Kapuso fans as GMA joined the Sinulog Festival celebrations through exciting Kapuso Mall Shows.

Last January 16, Ayala Malls Central Bloc buzzed with energy as Allen Ansay, Althea Ablan, Larkin Castor, and Shan Vesagas took the stage.

The fun continued on January 17 at The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu with performances by “Hating Kapatid” stars Vince Maristela, Cheska Fausto, and Cassy Legaspi, alongside “House of Lies” stars Martin del Rosario, Mike Tan, and Beauty Gonzalez.

The Sinulog festivities were made even more unforgettable on January 18 at SM City Cebu with a powerhouse lineup featuring “Never Say Die” stars Kim de Leon, David Licauco, and Jillian Ward.

Further elevating the Sinulog Festival experience was GMA Regional TV and Synergy's special live coverage of the Sinulog 2026 Grand Parade last January 18. It drew strong digital engagement, amassing a combined 849,168 views across RTV and GMA Integrated News' YouTube channels and the Facebook pages of GMA Regional TV, RTV News, Balitang Bisdak, and GMA Integrated News.

Capping off the January events was a series of electrifying Kapuso Mall Shows in Iloilo in celebration of the Dinagyang Festival.

Last January 23, “Apoy sa Dugo” stars Ashley Ortega, Derrick Monasterio, and Elle Villanueva thrilled fans at SM City Iloilo.

The excitement extended to January 24 at Robinsons Iloilo with “Never Say Die” star Jillian Ward and “Hating Kapatid” stars Cassy Legaspi and Cheska Fausto.

Closing the Dinagyang weekend on January 25, “Huwag Kang Titingin” stars Charlie Fleming, Sean Lucas, Anthony Constantino, and Allen Ansay captivated audiences at Festive Walk Mall.

Kapuso audiences all over the country were able to feel the Dinagyang Festival fever through “Hala Bira Dinagyang Festival 2026: The GMA Regional TV Special Coverage.” The special coverage of the Ati Tribe Competition which aired last January 25 and streamed across GMA Regional TV and GMA Integrated News digital platforms generated a combined 229,194 views - with 113,505 and 115,689 views on YouTube on Facebook, respectively.
