According to Gigi Santiago-Lara, "Magbibigay tayo ng donation sa Kapuso Foundation to help their cause."
The GMA Thanksgiving Gala will not just be a night of glitz and glamour as it will also serve as a fund-raising event for the benefit of GMA Kapuso Foundation.
According to Senior Assistant Vice President for Alternative Productions Gigi Santiago-Lara, they will turn over the donation and pledges of support to the construction of a new school building in Limasawa Island, Southern Leyte.
"Nagsama-sama tayo para magpasalamat because we're still here and we're standing strong. Aside from that, we raise funds for the Kapuso Foundation, meron silang project," Ms. Gigi said.
The beneficiary of the project will be the Magallanes Elementary School in Limasawa Island.
"So on the eve of the Gala, magbibigay rin tayo ng donation sa Kapuso Foundation kasi mayroon tayong partner brands na nag-donate to also help 'yung cause ng Kapuso Foundation."
The red carpet of the GMA Thanksgiving Gala will be livestreamed on GMA Network's Youtube channel and Facebook Page, and on Sparkle GMA Artist Center's Tiktok Account.
