MAMAMOO

Filo MooMoos, they're coming back soon, don't worry!

It's only been a few days since K-pop vocal queens MAMAMOO dominated the stage of Araneta Coliseum and Filo MooMoos are already missing their favorite women.

Last Sunday, February 12, MAMAMOO brought their world tour “MY CON” to Philippine soil and performed live in front of Filo MooMoos for the first time ever. Since their debut in 2014, their Filipino fans have been waiting for them to visit the country. After long nine years, the vocal queens finally made it!

The three-hour show was full of quality performances from the vocal goddesses and also became an emotional rollercoaster ride both for Filo MooMoos and MAMAMOO. After their intro, MAMAMOO was surprised to see how many Filo MooMoos there are and was touched by all the cheers and support they received during the entirety of the concert.

They became more emotional after witnessing the video project led by the fandom. Members Solar, Hwasa, Moonbyul, and Wheein shed a few tears and were touched by the gesture. Moonbyul shared, “I didn't plan on crying today. I didn't want to cry but you made me do it. I don't know why but every time I see MooMoo, I feel sorry. Maybe it's because we really feel how you waited for us for a long time and we are really sorry for that. We thank you for giving us your time.”

Hwasa, who has been spotted crying since the intro, shared, “While I was performing in front of all of you what I thought of was 'I will work harder.' We will take back to Korea the heart-touching moments that we feel now and give us joy and we will do what we can to improve as artists and we will return.”

Leader Solar also said a few words and promised to return, “It took around 10 years before I returned here in Manila. From our trip going here, I've already been feeling something strange. When I first came here, I was still little. Now, that I'm older, I think can come back here receiving all this energy from you. We will make sure to return to the Philippines so I hope you will wait for us.” Solar briefly lived in the Philippines when she was young.

Jolly ol' Wheein states, “If Manila will be our last tour stop, we are very thankful because we are overwhelmed and filled with love. We will always remember your passion for us and we will be back. Please wait for us.”

What MAMAMOO says, MAMAMOO will fulfill. So don't be sad and weary now Filo MooMoos, the four of them will return once again for all of you!
