GMA Network marked its 75th year with a new station ID, “Forever One With The Filipino,” officially unveiled on Monday, August 4.

The new station ID was met with much enthusiasm and has so far reached more than five million views on Facebook, less than 24 hours after it was aired.

The “Forever One With The Filipino” station ID also received praises and congratulatory messages from the Kapuso viewers.

“Happy 75th Anniversary, GMA Network! Isa kayo sa mga standard na matatawag mula noon hanggang ngayon. [M]ananatiling Kapuso para sa Filipino,” one viewer commented.

Another fan wrote, “Hindi ko talaga ma-explain bakit everytime makita ko mga station ID ng GMA naiiyak ako. Baka kasi dahil sa ramdam ko ang pagka sincere nila. Kahit nga yung opening ng Station bago mag Unang Hirit naiiyak ako. Forever KAPUSO.”

Some Kapuso viewers also highlighted the network's esteemed news anchors and broadcast journalists in their comments.

“Happy 75th year GMA Kapuso. Kudos sa lahat ng mga news anchor na patuloy na nag-bibigay ng kanilang serbisyo. Salamat sa pag-gawa ng daan upang mamulat kaming mga manonood sa mga kuwento ng kapwa naming Pilipino (Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (One at Heart, Jessica Soho) at I-Witness. At sa mga programa ninyong sumasalamin sa kulturang Pilipino... [M]araming salamat,” a fan said.

The “Forever One With The Filipino” station ID has also so far reached more than half a million views on YouTube, as of writing.

Headlined by some of the network's brightest stars and personalities, the new station ID served as the network's heartfelt letter of gratitude to the Filipinos for their continuous love and support for the past 75 years.

“Isa sa Puso ng Pilipino,” performed by Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose and other Kapuso singers, was used as the theme song for the station ID of GMA's diamond year.
