GMA showbiz reporter posted a message from Grace Mendoza in his Instagram account.

Grace Mendoza tells GMA showbiz reporter, Nelson Canlas, that she has resigned as Charice Pempengco’s manager for undisclosed reasons.
“Reason unknown. Early this morning, I received this text from Ms. Grace Mendoza saying that she resigned as Charice Pempengco's manager. The two had a falling out in August of 2012 but Charice renewed her business ties with Mendoza in November of 2014. Ms. Mendoza is not available for comments at the moment as to why she resigned. @gmanews,” Nelson posted on his Instagram today (January 13).
