According to Heart, what she learned is how she felt lonely despite her success.
"I used to think when you're down people who are with you when you're down are the ones that truly love you. It's actually the opposite. When you're up and you're doing very well, it's lonely kumbaga to be where you are."
Heart said, "You're busy, you're lonely."
In this episode, Heart explained how she grew up being clingy towards her friends.
"Even in my past, I am very clingy to my friends because I don't have a lot of friends. I've always been an outsider in school. I've always been like misunderstood I guess so whenever I just have key people I literally tell them I couldn't live without them."
For Heart, friendship breakups are hard as she treats and confides to her friends like family.
"For me, it's painful because I never treat my friends like friends, I treat them like family.
She added, "When you treat them like family, they know the good and the bad because you're confident that they saw your heart first so it's painful for me."
"For me, it's painful because it's like I wrote my thoughts into a diary and they just stole it. So for me, it's just painful."
