Fashion icon and actress Heart Evangelista visited the National Kidney and Transplant Institute to spend time with young patients.

Using her platform for good, Heart Evangelista continues to reach out to children with serious medical conditions through heartfelt acts of charity.

In a recent Instagram post, Heart shared a video of her visit to young kidney patients, whom she affectionately calls her “Little Warriors.”

She emphasized the importance of being "present" when helping those in need, especially children facing difficult health challenges.

“Our 32 little warriors. Today showed us how much it means to be present, especially in the small but consistent ways,” Heart wrote in the caption.

Heart also expressed her gratitude to the hospital's pediatric team for the warm welcome during her visit.

She further lauded the medical staff for their unwavering dedication to caring for the children who continue to fight their illnesses every day.

“Thank you to Dr. Jose Dante Dator and the National Kidney and Transplant Institute pediatric team for welcoming us, and for the care they give our little warriors every single day,” said Heart.

This post follows a series of charitable activities Heart has led over the past months, including art therapy sessions for thalassemia patients and pediatric surgical missions in the provinces.
