Today marks the 4th anniversary of Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero's relationship.
The couple started dating in 2012 and tied the knot on February 15, 2015.
The Kapuso actress who received a bouquet of flowers, thanked her husband for his sweet gesture on their special day.
She said, "In love. thank you for my flowers babe! Happy 4 years!"
