Wow! Sorsogon governor Francis “Chiz” Escudero really knows how to make Heart Evengalista's heart aflutter.

Five years into their marriage, Queen of Creative Collaboration Heart Evangelista was surprised to read a cheesy message from her husband Sorsogon governor Francis “Chiz” Escudero on Twitter.

Chiz penned a sweet message for his wife, which caught netizens off guard, even Heart Evangelista herself.

He tweeted, “No need to say that you wish you were with me here in Sorsogon @heart021485 because, our distance notwithstanding, you are with me wherever I go babe... baliktad lang minsan hehe”

The Kapuso actress immediately replied to the heartfelt gesture of her hubby online.

She tweeted back, “Awww. Wow that's a first ... hahaha I'm kilig that you spoke like this to me here :) ok di na Kita aawayin dahil busy ka :) love you babe. @SayChiz”
