Heart was showered with love on her birthday!
February is truly Heart Evangelista's month as she is celebrating not only her wedding anniversary but also her birthday.
On Valentine's Day, the Global Fashion Icon celebrated her 39th birthday with an intimate party with her family and some of their closest friends. Heart also shared a short compilation video of the party on her Instagram.
In the video, Heart and her guests can be seen all smiles and sharing laughter during the celebration.
A part of the video also showed the Kapuso star in front of her birthday cakes, where she was joined by her husband Chiz Escudero and kids, Chesi and Quino.
"About last night," Heart wrote in the caption.

Meanwhile, Heart also marked her birthday celebration with a gorgeous photoshoot by the beach.
The Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations was a beautiful lady in white as she showcased another creation by Filipino designer Michael Leyva.
"Make a wish on an eyelash, may all our dreams come true," Heart mused.
She also thanked everyone who remembered her special day in the comments section of the post.
