
Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista is putting her love for pili to the next level by incorporating the said nut in her cooking.
In her latest vlog, Heart showed how she cooks a healthy version of pasta using tuna chunks, parmesan cheese, olive oil, olives, and pili nuts.
She said, “Actually, I made this before but minus the pili. I got obsessed with pili because I've been staying here in Sorsogon and that's what I've been doing today.”
Heart added that she's trying to incorporate healthier ingredients to her plate as a way to compliment her lifestyle.
She wrote, “As you already know, I've been trying to eat healthier and of course, sometimes, healthy food can get a little boring so I like to spice things up a bit and make interesting dishes like this!

Ever since Heart traveled to Sorsogon, she's been hard at work sourcing products for her home decor line called Maison Love Marie.
Her current obsession is handcrafted goods using pili nuts -- one of the major products in Sorsogon. Aside from being eaten as a snack, it's hard teardrop-shaped shell can be upcycled into various items.
