Heart Evangelista continues to prioritize health and wellness after turning 40 in 2025.

On Thursday's episode of 24 Oras, Nelson Canlas reported that the Kapuso Global Fashion Icon opened up about her fitness goals for the year.

She said, “Aside from, you know, you want to look good, you want to feel good, and you really want to be healthy. I've always been very conscious about my health, but especially now.”

The actress also talked about her newfound passion for pickleball.

“I really enjoy it, so every morning I try to play as much as possible,” she shared.

After her schedule clears up after the elections, she also wants to focus more on staying physically active.

"Once tapos na ang eleksyon, I'll go back to my shooting range and just be very active and move lang."

Heart recently just made history with Fil-Am content creator Bretman Rock as they graced the cover of Allure Philippines' debut issue.

Prior to that, Heart was in Dubai to receive the Global Fashion Influencer of the Year award at the 2025 EMIGALA Awards.
