Heart Evangelista is entering another chapter with a few lessons in life.
Global fashion and style icon Heart Evangelista is celebrating her birthday on February 14 and she shared her musings on turning 40 ahead of the special day.
The Kapuso star posted on Instagram a short Instagram Reel looking back at some of her milestone moments the past years.
In her caption, Heart shared some of her thoughts about being 40.
"Tomorrow will be 40 years in, and l've learned that growth isn't always easy, but it's always worth it," she said.
Heart highlighted she has come to love every part of herself, including her "flaws, fears, and everything in between."
"I've learned things the hard way, but more importantly, l've learned to forgive myself," she continued.
Heart also mused on how her journey has made her realize what truly matters.
"I'm stepping into this next chapter with so much gratitude, knowing every step has brought me exactly here, to this moment," she said.
Heart also posted some snaps from her birthday photoshoot with celebrity photographer BJ Pascual, where she wore a bedazzled maxi slit dress from Dior.
"Becoming 40 is just 20, but with better decisions and an earlier bedtime," she wrote in the caption.
