Heart Evangelista fulfills her role as the president of The Senate Spouses Foundation
Heart Evangelista recently shared a peek of her first official meeting with senate spouses as the new president of The Senate Spouses Foundation.
The Senate Spouses Foundation is an organization of Philippine senators' wives and husbands and was previously led by Audrey Tan Zubiri, the wife of Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri.
Audrey recently signed off as the organization's president, and turned over her duties to Heart.
Heart wasted no time and got to work right away, immersing herself in a brainstorming session for a future project.
She wrote in a new post, "Our very first meeting and as they say, coming together is just the beginning. Excited to get down to work! Thank you for the warm welcome fellow senate spouses. Ready to honor the challenge of working together and find ways to make our communities better and stronger."
Maricel Tulfo-Tungol, Mariel Padilla, and Ma. Anna Kathryna Pimentel were tagged in Heart's post.
Some of The Senate Spouses Foundation achievements from the past two years include feeding programs for around 500 children, working with orphanages, and medical missions.
