Heart Evangelista wants to normalize occasional crying. She shared this in an emotional morning video with her husband Senator Chiz Escudero.

In an Instagram post, Heart shared a video captured by her husband and wrote, "Let me normalize (occasionally) crying myself to sleep. This was 'US' at 7 am."
She continued, “At the end of each day no matter what we face, we have each other and I will always see your HEART. So he took this video of 'Me.'”
Heart also reminded her followers of the topic of perfection and the expectations of society being a woman. According to Heart, it is okay to try not to give in to the demands of this world.
