Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista is beyond proud of Maria Isabel Galeria for representing Sorsogon, the home province of her husband Chiz Escudero, in the recently concluded Binibining Pilipinas 2019.

Ms. Galeria impressed a lot of netizens and pageant expert after placing in the Top 15 of the beauty pageant.

Heart, dubbed by her fans as the first lady of Sorsogon after her husband won the gubernatorial seat in the province last May, took to Instagram to laud Maria Isabel Galeria for a job well done.

She wrote, “Last night (June 9) was just the beginning of a bright future ahead of you, @mariaisabelagaleria . On behalf of Sorsogon, Salamatunon Tabi! ❣ We truly are so proud of you! At only 20, you were able to grace the Bb. Pilipinas stage exuding confidence and elegance. @escuderochiz and I are so excited to work with you to make the province of Sorsogon a better place! ⁣”

Gazini Ganados of Talisay, Cebu took home the Miss Universe Philippines 2019 title, while Bataan pride Bea Patricia Magtanong got the Bb. Pilipinas-International 2019 crown.

The other winners were Resham Saeed (Bb. Pilipinas-Supranational 2019), Samantha Ashley Lo (Bb. Pilipinas-Grand International 2019), Emma Mary Tiglao (Bb. Pilipinas-Intercontinental 2019), Leren Mae Bautista (Bb. Pilipinas-Globe 2019), Maria Andrea Abesamis (Bb. Pilipinas 2019 1st Runner-up) and Samantha Mae Bernardo (Bb. Pilipinas 2019 2nd Runner-up).
