Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero

#SanaAll. Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista got a ton of advice from her husband Governor Francis “Chiz” Escudero on how to better deal with her anxiety. It's time for another session of 'Adulting with Chiz!'

Dealing with anxiety is no small task.

And the current environment that we are in with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has led to an increase in the cases of people suffering from anxiety and depression.

It's a good thing that we have celebrities like Queen of Creative of Collaborations Heart Evangelista who is open to the public in sharing her thoughts about this topic.

In a series of videos posted on Instagram Story, Heart shared her one-on-one session with her husband, Sorsogon governor Francis “Chiz” Escudero, wherein they discussed her battle with anxiety.

In fact, Heart's video 'Adulting with Chiz' on her YouTube channel is a popular vlog content, where Chiz dished out some helpful advice that netizens can learn a lot from.

Their first video in 2018 was a success, garnering more than 4.5 million views as of writing.

According to the caption of one of Heart's videos, she candidly admitted that she had a bad episode of anxiety.

Chiz gave a one-on-one talk to his wife of more than five years, telling her, “Your base cannot be other people, your base should be based on you, yourself.

"Now in a rare occasion that you are suffering from weakness, then you draw on people who are close to you, that you can trust, but 90% of the time you rely on yourself. Why?

“Your friends will also suffer from fatigue. Even if for the small things you rely on them, they will suffer from fatigue, too. And when you needed them the most they might not be there. They will suffer from fatigue already, so at the end of the day it's not a sickness, it's not a disease it's not an ailment.

“You can actually train yourself. And you know what, the best trainer is faith. Your belief in God, your belief in your religion.”

After hearing her husband's thought about this matter, Heart said, “Bakit parang bina-bash mo na ako, hindi mo ako tinulungan?”

Chiz then replied that he is simply worried about her.

“I'm not! I'm just worried for you, darling, because I won't be here forever.”

Heart interjected, “Don't say that. We will be together forever.”

Before tying the knot with Heart, Chiz Escudero was married to Christine Elizabeth “Tintin” Flores and they had twins named Chesi and Quino. Their marriage was annulled in 2012.

Meanwhile, Heart and Chiz's wedding in February 2015 held in the scenic Balesin Island Club was even dubbed by many as the “wedding of the year.”
