Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista took to Instagram to greet his fans and followers this Christmas, December 25.
In her post, she shared a picture of her modern family with husband, politician Francis "Chiz" Escudero, and his kids, fraternal twins Quino and Chesi, accompanied by her Christmas message.
Heart shared that they have experienced a major turnaround which made her even more grateful for her family.
She wrote, "Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas!
"Same time last year, everything was different. The big shift in our lives made me practice gratitude even more and express my love to my family every single moment.
"To celebrate this very special holiday with them is the best gift I could ever receive. Have a blessed Christmas, everyone!"
Quino and Chesi are Chiz's children with his former spouse, Christine Elizabeth Flores. Chiz and Christine separated in 2011 after six years of marriage.
In 2012, Chiz began dating Heart and tied the knot in 2015 in Balesin Island.
