Heart discussed at the L'Oréal EmpoweReds collection launch on January 27 the importance of loving yourself as well as your flaws.

"You really have to love yourself, you really have to know your self-worth. Accept your flaws. Nobody is perfect. Even our lives aren't perfect, no family is perfect, no relationship is perfect, no body type is perfect."

The Queen of Creative Collaborations said that having self-worth will lead you to a life of positivity.

"Once you've mastered the art of having self-worth and loving yourself, you can do anything and you can face anything."

Showing kindness is one of Heart's recommendation to find the right path.

"You really have to be kind. It's the hardest thing to do. To be sincerely and genuinely kind and just allow things to pass you. The things that come after that are unexplainable, para siyang divine intervention."

She added, "Amazing things are going to be created and [they will] work for you. You cannot explain why it happened but then you look back and then you think it was because in this specific moment, I could've done this, but I did this."

Lastly, she said the things that are hard to do will be worth it in the end.

"Have a good heart, work hard, love yourself, have self-worth, just be positive. Try. It's hard but the rest will follow."
