Two years since Kapuso star Heart Evangelista launched her ‘Love Marie’ paintings through her first art exhibit in Ayala Museum, the artist has painted on canvas, couture gowns, shoes and her latest work is on luxury bags.

The actress has held local and international exhibits as well as a fashion show last January. This coming September 3 (Saturday), “Carry Your Heart” will show her masterpiece in more than 40 signature bags for the first time.

She added, “Shortly after that, we’ll be launching a coffee table book of all the painted bags that I have.”

Heart is in full bloom as her artwork has reached foreign clients from Hong Kong and Dubai, “Nakakatuwa na ang social media reaches certain bloggers [at] nakakatuwa [rin] kasi in Paris, painted bags are so ‘in’ so parang sumabay pa [ako].”

Even though she and her husband Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero are planning to have a baby  either on January or February of next year, the Juan Happy Love Story star said she will not stop fulfilling her dreams.

She said, “Yeah, baby project naman ang next. Sobrang active kong tao so I think kahit buntis ako, I’ll still be very active. It depends lang siguro kung anong medium ng painting ‘yung gagamitin ko which won’t be harmful for the baby.”

Mrs. Escudero also has her hands full in completing their dream house, “It’s really taking time so kailangan paghandaan ko ‘yung pag-baby kasi aayusin ko pa ang bahay. Naka-schedule lahat.”
