Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista really knows how to make a person's birthday so special.

And to mark the 51st birthday of her husband, Sorsogon governor Francis “Chiz” Escudero, Heart uploaded a cute video on Instagram showcasing some old photos of the birthday boy and some of his career highlights.

The video, which was uploaded on October 10 has gone viral and has been viewed over 630,000 times.

Heart also wrote on the caption of the video a heartfelt message dedicated to her favorite person in the world.

She said, “Happy birthday to my favorite person @escuderochiz

“I am forever in awe of your wisdom, humor, and compassion. I could go on and on about how we're so lucky to have you, but it would take me forever.”

The actress added, “Words aren't enough to express how grateful I am to have you as my husband. With you, celebrations are a lot more memorable and bad days are totally bearable. Here's to a lifetime full of love and happiness!"
