She has a successful career and a love life in full bloom. Recently, she has also shown the world her artistic side. It seems that patching things up with her family is the only thing missing in Heart Evangelista’s life. It looks like there is hope for that to happen.

Last May 8, Heart held her first art exhibit it Art Space, Ayala Museum. Dubbed I am Love Marie, the Art and Works of Love Marie Ongpauco, the exhibit showcased 19 of her paintings.

The event was graced by notable personalities like Fernando Zobel de Ayala and world-renowned sculptor and architect, Ramon Orlina.

Heart’s friends from showbiz like Mark Bautista, Lovi Poe, Solenn Heussaff, Rhian Ramos and Bianca King were there to extend their support to Heart.

Of course, the love of Heart’s life, Senator Chiz Escudero was there by her side. However, Heart’s parents did not attend the opening.

As reported by Cata Tibayan of 24 Oras, Heart mentioned that though she was happy of her new achievement, she could not say that she was totally happy because her family did not come to her exhibit.

However, the Kapuso actress was pleasantly surprised when she found out that her family and both her parents paid a visit to her exhibit on its final day last May 21.

The actress and TV host also shared that the thought of leaving showbiz for good in order to focus on her art crosses her mind every once in a while.
