
Heath Jornales expressed his profound gratitude following the success of his debut solo concert, Heath's Time, held on Saturday, September 5, at the New Frontier Theater.
In an interview on "Chika Minute," the young Kapuso heartthrob shared his immense appreciation to God for granting him the blessing of this major show.
“Napaka-thankful ko po talaga sa Lord! God is good,” Heath remarked.
The Kapuso actor, “This is my all-time dream na magkaroon ng concert dahil napapanood ko lang sa internet 'yung mga live performances ng mga favorite artist ko.”
His family fully supported the event, with both of his parents, Michael Roy Jornales and Jem Jornales, in attendance and beaming with pride over their son's landmark achievement.
Alongside his family, several close friends and former PBB Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 housemates turned up in full force to cheer him on, including Marco Masa, Fred Moser, Princess Aliyah, Sofia Pablo, Ashley Sarmiento, Carmelle Collado, Waynon Collings, Eliza Borromeo, Lella Ford, and Joaquin Arce.
Heath's close friends, Lee Victor and Geo Mhanna, also took to the stage to jam alongside him. In their own interviews, they expressed how proud they were to witness their friend's career milestone.
Lee recalled telling Heath, "'Bro, magpe-perform tayo someday sa malaking crowd.' Biglang fast forward, nandito na kami ngayon.”
Geo echoed similar praise, “I'm so proud of him talaga because he's come so far. I remember just, when we were jamming sa workshops lang, sobrang kulit namin and now, he's performing in such a large crowd."
Another highlight of the evening that thrilled fans was a surprise guest appearance by James Reid, whom fans affectionately refer to as Heath's “look-alike.” The singer-actor joined Heath on stage for a special duet of James' hit track Randomantic, drawing massive cheers from the crowd.
Aside from his success on the concert stage, audiences also tuned in to see Heath in his recent appearance on the GMA Prime action series Taskforce Firewall, where he portrayed the character Gilbert.
