The new teaser hints at Ethan and Joy encountering a problem in their relationship.
The highly-anticipated film Hello, Love, Again, starring Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo, dropped its second teaser showing the reality of long-distance relationships.
In the first few moments of the one-minute teaser, Ethan and Joy are seen talking to each other over the phone multiple times, trying to make long-distance relationship work.
In the end, when Ethan finally arrives in Canada and reunites with Joy, it seems that the love is lost.
Still working in a coffee shop, Ethan sees Joy, who now goes by the name of Marie.
"Joy is gone," Kathryn said in the video.
The first film, Hello, Love, Goodbye, told the story of Ethan and Joy, who were both struggling overseas Filipino workers in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, their romance didn't blossom as Joy chose to pursue her dreams in Canada as a nurse.
In Hello, Love, Again, Ethan and Joy reunite in Canada, five years after they separated.
Hello, Love, Again will be the first film collaboration between Star Cinema and GMA Pictures. Directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, it will be shown exclusively in cinemas on November 13, 2024.
