Squid Game Dalgona Cookie
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. sugar (per cookie)
baking soda
Procedure:
1. Add sugar in the pan on medium-low heat. Use 3 tbsp. of sugar for one piece of cookie.
2. Let it caramelize and keep stirring to prevent it from burning.
3. Add a pinch of baking soda and stir quickly.
4. Pour the mixture on a baking sheet.
5. Put a pattern on each cookie using a cookie cutter.
6. Let it cool down and cut out the shape on the cookie.
