'Magandang Dilag' lead star Herlene Budol is 'literally shimmering and dripping in gold' in Leo Almodal couture creation during the Miss Grand Philippines 2023 final show.
Herlene Budol shines like gold in her long gown for the final show of Miss Grand Philippines 2023 held last night, July 13, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City.
The Magandang Dilag lead star donned a Leo Almodal couture masterpiece, adorned with hundreds of thousands of crystals.
The fashion designer took a video of the actress' pageant walk and shared it on his Instagram account on Friday, July 14.
Herlene is a "golden girl" because she is "literally shimmering and dripping in gold," Leo said.
Herlene has been loyal to her trusted designer as she also wore Leo Almodal creations during the preliminary events of Miss Grand Philippines 2023.
Herlene was appointed as Miss Philippines Tourism 2023 during the Miss Grand Philippines 2023 coronation night.
She will represent the country in an international tourism pageant which will be announced soon by ALV Pageant Circle, the organization behind Miss Grand Philippines.
Besides the title, Herlene also won five special awards: Best in Runway, Miss Arena Plus, Miss Mermaid Manila Hair, Miss Bluewater Day Spa, and Miss Ever Bilena.
