Boobay and Chef Anton combine two unique ingredients to make 'Chocolate Soda Chicken Wings.'

Inspired by the South American recipe mole (a Mexican national dish or sauce) , Boobay and Chef Anton Amoncio combined two unique ingredients to make 'Chocolate Soda Chicken Wings.'

Ingredients:

Balsamic vinegar (1/2 cup)
Brown sugar (1/2 cup)
White sugar (1/4 cup)
Salt (1 tsp.)
Smashed garlic (2 cloves)
Orange zest (1/2 tsp.)
Tomato catsup (1 1/2 cups)
Worcestershire sauce ( 2 tbsps.)
Dark chocolate sauce (1/4 cup)
Soda (4 cans)
Melted butter (1 stick)
All purpose flour (2 cups)
Vinegar (1/2 cup)
Chicken wings (12 pcs.)

Procedure:

1. Pour the soda into a heated pan
2. Add dark chocolate sauce
3. Pour the tomato catsup
4. Add brown sugar
5. Pour the Worcestershire sauce
6. Add white sugar
7. Add garlic
8. Add orange zest
9. Pour the balsamic vinegar and simmer
10. Pour the melted butter
11. Add salt
12. Pour the white vinegar
13. Coat the chicken with flour and rest for 5 minutes
14. Fry the chicken and place on paper towels to blot out oil
15. Toss the chicken in sauce
