
Boobay and Chef Anton create a meatless yet very yummy dish called Tomato Basil Angel Hair Pasta with Quezo de Bola.
Ingredients:
Angel hair noodles (500 grams)
Canned tomatoes (850 ml)
Grated quezo de bola (200 grams)
Fresh basil (1/2 cup)
Chopped parsley (10 grams)
Capers (3 tsp.)
Red chili pepper flakes (1 tsp.)
White sugar (1/2 tsp.)
Olive oil (1/2 cup)
Minced garlic (5 cloves)
Onion
Salt
Pepper
Procedure:
1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
2. Add chili flakes.
3. Add canned tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
4. Add sugar.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook the pasta.
7. Drain pasta and toss with olive oil.
8. Toss the pasta in sauce.
9. Add capers and basil.
