Model-turned-interior designer Maggie Wilson shared that she had the privilege of working on designing Mimiyuuuh's bedroom in their new house.

According to Maggie, the YouTuber wanted to go for a resort-feel room inspired by the Indonesian island, Bali.

“Mimi said that he wanted to feel like a villa in Bali,” Maggie recalled.

“So, the moment she said those words, parang ding! That's right up my alley.”

Maggie redesigned Mimiyuuh's room by playing on natural finishes such as cement and wood, evidenced by her wallpaper and accent furniture.

And just because Mimiyuuuh's bedroom has been transformed doesn't mean that her Lucky Star plastic cabinet will be removed from the picture.

“Ayaw ko pong mawala si Lucky Star in my new bedroom is because it is part of who I am, you know what I am saying,” the social media personality said.

“Ever since po ako nag-start, e, andiyan na po talaga ang Lucky Star. Tapos nung sinabi ko po sa aking subscribers na may bago na po kaming bahay, ang dami pong nagsabi na 'wag iiwan si Lucky Star.”

To conclude, Maggie said she wanted to redesign Mimiyuuh's bedroom because his success story inspired her.

She explained, “I love a great success story.

“Mimi went from living in a really small apartment where she had to share all of the space with her family members to now having her own bedroom that she can call her own.

“I am so thrilled, and I feel so privileged that she allowed me to design her new bedroom.”
