Pinoy pride Nico Santos is beyond happy over the commercial success of the movie 'Crazy Rich Asians' at the North American theaters of which he is a part of.

Nico, who is an openly gay comedian in Hollywood shared how excited he is that the film amassed at least $25.2 million over the weekend.

'Crazy Rich Asians' is based on the best-selling novel of Kevin Kwan featuring the love story of Rachel Chu and Nick Young. Also featured in the all-Asian cast is the Queen of All Media Kris Aquino who plays the role of Princess Intan.

The movie will premiere in the Philippines this coming August 22.
