Farewell to the Queen of Philippine Horror Movies.


Two weeks after she called out for financial support among friends and colleagues, Lilia Cuntapay succumbed to a spinal cord complication at 6 a.m. today in son Gimore’s home in Barangay Tartarabang, Pinili, Ilocos Norte. She was 81.

Dubbed Queen of Philippine Horror Movies, she appeared in several movies from the '80s until last year.

Some of her most recent projects include Six Degrees of Separation from Lilia Cuntapay, My Bebe Love, Bakit Hindi Ka Crush Ng Cursh Mo?, Enteng Ng Ina Mo and Segunda Mano, among others.
