An upcoming virtual concert will be staged in an effort to promote the capital's tourism industry.
Hinahanap-hanap Kita Manila: The Manila Heritage Concert will be streamed on Facebook Live on December 13, at 8 P.M.
As what the title suggests, the concert will also pay homage to the music of popular 70s disco-rock group, Hotdog.
The line-up for performers will include Sandwich vocalist and ex-Eraserheads drummer Raymund Marasigan, Yeng Constantino, Bras Pas Pas Pas Pas, Nicole Asensio, Bing Austria, Ebe Dancel, Armi Millare, Paolo Garcia, Blaster Silonga, and Gary Valenciano, among others.
The Intramuros Administration, National Parks Development Committee and Nayong Pilipino Foundation are the concert's organizers.
Adding a visual element to the online show are clips of various heritage sites in the city of Manila.
The online concert will continue the tradition of Concert at the Park and Paco Park Presents, which have been a long-running endeavor of the National Parks and Development Committee.
