So how should you cope with anxiety during quarantine? Perhaps you can get tips from Kapuso star and mompreneur Chynna Ortaleza.

In her exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Chynna revealed that she and husband Kean Cipriano experience bouts of anxiety during the quarantine period, and that their anxiety attacks are different from each other.

Chynna said that they deal with anxiety by being vocal about it and also by uplifting each other.

“Isa sa mga number one things na thankful ako is I have a husband who I can openly talk to about anything. And he doesn't judge or disregard what I'm saying.”

“He listens and he comforts me in that situation. That helps a lot.”

Moreover, Chynna said she is grateful that they have never had simultaneous anxiety attacks, which would be very difficult to address.

And thankfully their children Stellar and Salem are there to provide added optimism during hard times.
