Alamin kung paano lutuin ang Hot and Sour Mushroom na perfect ihain ngayong rainy season.




Procedure:

1. In a pan, saute bamboo shoots and pork until tender. Add shitake mushroom and ear mushroom.

2. In a bowl, mix together dark soy sauce, red wine vinegar, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and salt.


 
3. Add bamboo shoots, pork and mushrooms to the mixture.
4. Add tofu and vinegar mixture. Let it simmer.


 
5. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Reduce heat and simmer.
6. Add eggs and sesame oil to soup slowly, stir. Add white pepper.


 
7. Serve into bowls and sprinkle with cilantro and spring onions.
