Maaari nang gawin ang Peking-Style Itik sa tulong ng recipe mula kay Chef Boy Logro.
Procedures:
1. In a stockpot, boil chicken stock, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, white pepper, white sugar, star anise, five spice powder, and hoisin sauce.
2. Add in itik and simmer for one hour, remove itik from stockpot and hang overnight.
3. Preheat deep-frying pan. Deep-fry itik until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
4. In a separate pan, get two cups of itik stock. Let it simmer and add the cornstarch-water mixture.
5. Garnish with leeks and carrots.
