Alamin kung paano gawin ang saucy pochero for a family feast.


Procedure:

1. In a stock pot or pressure cooker, put beef, salt, black pepper, and one liter water. Let it simmer until the beef is tender.


 
2. Remove scum, and separate beef from broth.

3. In another stock pot, heat oil and fry potatoes, bananas, red bell pepper and Baguio beans. Drain and set aside.


 
4. In another pot, sauté onion and garlic. Add chorizo bilbao. Cook until lightly brown. Add tomato paste, soy sauce, fish sauce and tomato sauce.


 
5. Add the beef with broth, let it simmer. 


 
6. Add the repolyo, potatoes, bananas, red bell pepper and Baguio beans.

7. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Serve.
