Procedure
:
1. Using a blender, mix cookies, cream and cream cheese together.
2. Roll into walnut size balls. Chill for an hour.
3. In a nonstick pan, melt ¾ of the white chocolate.
4. Stick a toothpick in a chocolate and cream cookie ball and dip in the melted white chocolate.
5. Allow to set in a wax paper.
6. In another non-stick pan, melt ¼ of the chocolate.
7. When chocolate and cream cookie balls have set, drizzle melted chocolate and white chocolate on top of each chocolate and cream cookie balls.
