Procedure:

1. In a bowl, marinate beef with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and salt. Combine peanut butter, coconut cream. Add sesame oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, turmeric and curry powder.


 
2. Remove beef from the marinate, thread each beef on skewers and grill the meat.


 
3. In a saucepan, heat the reserve marinate and simmer for a few minutes. Serve as dipping sauce to beef satay skewers.
