Create an easy rice dish by mixing the famous Binagoongan.


Procedure:

1. In a wok, heat oil, sauté garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Add pork, fish sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Sauté for a couple of minutes.

2. Add bagoong, oyster sauce, and white pepper. Sauté for another minute.
3. Mix in rice, and stir well until combined and rice is heated through.

4. In a frying pan, pour eggs and make a thin layer of egg. Set aside and chop into thin strips.


 
5. Add eggs, tomatoes, and mango on top of the bagoong rice.
